(a)	On or about January 20, 2025, a plumbing employee working in the first-floor storage room at a jobsite strained their right ankle while stepping into a shallow excavation, which led to 7 days work transfer or restriction, case IN-20250120-007.  The specific jobsite where the injury occurred was not identified in column E.  (b)	On or about December 31, 2024, a steamfitter foreman working in the lower level mechanical room at a jobsite received a left eye injury from a foreign body, case IN-20241231-001.  The injured employee's name was not identified in column B and the specific jobsite where the injury occurred was not identified in column E.  (c)	On or about November 20, 2024, a sprinkler fitter working in the attic at a jobsite had right shoulder soreness or pain from using a Rigid 915 groover, which led to 28 days away from work and an additional 152 days of job transfer or restriction, case IN-20241119-001.  The injured employee's name was not identified in column B and the specific jobsite where the injury occurred was not identified in column E.  (d)	On or about November 19, 2024, a sprinkler fitter working in zone 4 of freezer 1 at a jobsite sprained their right shoulder by a 21-foot section of 2.5-inch schedule 10 galvanized sprinkler pipe, case IN-20241119-001.  The injured employee's name was not identified in column B and the specific jobsite where the injury occurred was not identified in column E.
