29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(i): Inside storage rooms shall be constructed to meet the required fire-resistive rating for their use. Such construction shall comply with the test specifications set forth in Standard Methods of Fire Tests of Building Construction and Materials, NFPA 251-1969. Where an automatic sprinkler system is provided, the system shall be designed and installed in an acceptable manner. Openings to other rooms or buildings shall be provided with noncombustible liquid-tight raised sills or ramps at least 4 inches in height, or the floor in the storage area shall be at least 4 inches below the surrounding floor. Openings shall be provided with approved self-closing fire doors. The room shall be liquid-tight where the walls join the floor. A permissible alternate to the sill or ramp is an open-grated trench inside of the room which drains to a safe location. Where other portions of the building or other properties are exposed, windows shall be protected as set forth in the Standard for Fire Doors and Windows, NFPA No. 80-1968, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6, for Class E or F openings.: On February 3, 2025, at a facility located at N6637 North Rolling Meadows Drive in Fond du Lac, WI; the room where Category 2 flammable liquids were stored did not meet the requirements for an inside storage room. A grated vent in the wall between the storage room and the main facility did not meet the required fire-resistive rating for the room. The doorway for the room was not provided with a 4-inch liquid-tight raised sill or ramp, was not 4 inches below the surrounding floor, and was not provided with an open-grated trench inside the room. The room was not provided with a self-closing door.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace be labeled, tagged or marked with Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: On February 2, 2025, at a facility located at N6637 North Rolling Meadows Drive in Fond du Lac, WI; the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemical in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the products identity or with information on the hazards of the chemical within. In the DGM Press area, multiple bottle of "Blank Wash" (a.k.a. press wash) were not labeled with the identity or the hazards of the chemical.
