29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)   (a)  242 Magnolia Lane, State College, PA - On or about February 4, 2025, five workers  performed residential roofing activities approximately 8 feet above grade and  did not utilize any form of fall protection.  Deer Country Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard [insert previously cited standard], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647449, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/23/23, with respect to a workplace located at 579 S Fillmore Road, State College PA.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
