29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: (a) On or about December 27, 2024, at Building 454 Beltsville Agricultural Research Center 454 Power Mill Road, Beltsville, MD 20705 employer failed to maintain proper storage of skid steer tracks which resulted in employee tripping and fallen to the ground. The injured employer sustained fractured bones as a result of the trip and fall from same height. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
