On or about February 4, 2025, at 930 North US Highway 17 92 Longwood, FL: employees were exposed to a 11 foot 4 inch fall hazard while replacing rotten 1 x 4 wood on a 3:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection system was not used. b. On or about February 4, 2025, at 930 North US Highway 17 92 Longwood, FL: employees were exposed to a 10 foot 2 inch fall hazard while replacing rotten 1 x 4 wood on a 2:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection system was not used. Tru-Tek Waterproofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1735165, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July, 09, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 990 Burlwood Court, Longwood FL 32750.

On or about February 4, 2025, at 930 North US Highway 17 92 Longwood, FL: employees were exposed to a 10-foot 2-inch fall hazard, in that a multi-position ladder was used to access a 2/12 pitched commercial roof and did not extend 3-feet above the roof landing. Tru-Tek Waterproofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1735165, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 08, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 990 Burlwood Court, Longwood FL 32750.
