29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: a) Fabrication area - On or about 02/05/2025, an employees was exposed to continuous noise levels at 54.7% of the permissible daily noise exposure (8-hour Time Weighted Average sound level of 90 dBA) during 391 minutes sampling period on 2/5/2025; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 89 minutes not sampled. The employer did not implement or develop a monitoring program for employees exposed to potential hearing loss while performing pipe bundling task.
