29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support offhand grinding work and/or was not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) On or about February 3, 2025, the employer did not ensure the work rest was properly adjusted to no more than a 1/8 inch opening between the wheel and the rest, such as on the JET bench grinder. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
