On or about February 4, 2025, at an establishment located at 409 Birch Street Tigerton, WI; employees were exposed to potential fire/explosion hazard when liquid propane tanks were not stored in a manner that prevented physical damage or tampering. The cylinders were stored near the entrance to the Saw Room.
