OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:   On or about February 5, 2025, and at times prior thereto, in the storage sheet rack area where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while continuing to walk aisles, store product in and adjacent to, and use material handling equipment near damaged racks with bent support arms and other damage, such as:  a. Storage Rack section 229-02 had a damaged, bent arm support and continued to be used to store bundle of sheet metal.  b. Storage Rack section 324-04 had a damaged, bent arm support and continued to be used to store bundle of sheet metal.
