The colors were no opaque glossy samples as specified in Table 1 of ANSI Z53.1-1967 or in Table 1 of ANSI Z535.1-2006 (R2011) incorporated by reference in 1910.6.    A.) Champion Carrier Corporation, DBA Champion Carrier Miller Industries, Inc., Compressor Room, On or about 2/6/25 and times prior thereto:  Green tape was applied to Air Dryers instead of a safety instruction sign to inform employees not to turn off the air dryers.  Air Dryers Include but is not limited to, 1 Ingersoll Rand, 2 Gardner Denver, and  3 Gardner Denver.  A.) Champion Carrier Corporation, DBA Champion Carrier Miller Industries, Inc., Compressor Room, On or about 2/6/25 and times prior thereto:  Green Tape stating "DO NOT TURN OFF! LEAVE ON" was on air dryers.  The tape did not meet the requirements for a Safety instruction sign. Air Dryers Include but is not limited to, 1 Ingersoll Rand, 2 Gardner Denver, and  3 Gardner Denver.
