Maintenance shop: On or about February 06, 2025, and at times prior thereto, an employee was permitted to operate the Sears Craftsman 15-inch drill press that was not provided with a guard at the point of operation. Employees were exposed to flying chips, rotating parts and ingoing nip point hazards.
