On or about February 10, 2025, at 3013 Lake Jean Dr. Orlando, FL: employees were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard while removing shingles on a 5:12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used. David Lundberg Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664867, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2400 West SR 434 Longwood FL 32750.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed. a. On or about February 10, 2025, at 3013 Lake Jean Dr. Orlando, FL: employees were exposed to 10 foot fall hazard, in that a multi-position ladder was used and did not extend 3-feet above the roof landing to access and exit a 5/12 pitch residential roof. David Lundberg Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664867, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2400 West SR 434 Longwood FL 32750.
