29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) 407 Pointe Plaza Drive Suite A WINDSOR, CO 80550-Back of store and restrooms: On or around February 12, 2025, an employee was exposed to health hazards while conducting cleaning tasks in that they were inadequately trained on the hazards, protection measures and emergency procedures related to chemicals used on site. Chemicals used on site for cleaning include but are not limited to, Cascade Professional All-Temp Detergent, chlorine containing bleach and CLEAN QUICK BROAD RANGE QUATERNARY SANITIZER.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: a) 407 Pointe Plaza Drive Suite A WINDSOR, CO 80550-Back of store and restrooms: On or around February 12, 2025, employees were exposed to health and safety hazards associated with chemical cleaning agents while conducting cleaning tasks in that they were inadequately trained on the location of SDS for chemicals used on site. Chemicals used on site for cleaning include but are not limited to Cascade Professional All-Temp Detergent, chlorine containing bleach and CLEAN QUICK BROAD RANGE QUATERNARY SANITIZER.
