29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: a) Weld area - On or about February 13, 2025, Employees working both inside and outside the weld area were exposed to arc welding rays from welding workstations with open fronts. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
