29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. WORKSHOP: On/or about February 14, 2025, and prior to, the employer did not establish hazardous energy control lockout/tagout procedures for the employees who were required to work on machinery, such has but not limited to the CNC Amada Quattro laser, including the Torit Donaldson venting system and the Amada AE 255 NT punch press.
