29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) On or about February 14, 2025, at the jobsite, employees were doing framework on a single-family house and did not have a fall protection system. JUAN FLORES WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1644105 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2 THAT WAS ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 13, 2023 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3140 LAKE SPRING, LEWISVILLE, TX75056 THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS MARCH 13, 2023.
