29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a. On or about May 22, 2025,  Employees doing framing work and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats.   Juan Flores Olivas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1644105, citation number 1, item number 1  and was affirmed as a final order on 03-13-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3140 Lakespring, Lewisville, Tx 75056.

On or about May 22, 2025, employees were doing framing work and were exposed to eye injuries by not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun and Makita circular saw.   Juan Flores Olivas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1644105, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 03-13-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3140 Lakespring Lewisville Tx 75056.
