29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) At the pattern cutter and laminator, located at 5138 Madison Avenue, Tampa, FL 33619, on or about 2/20/2025, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, as employees were working on the Reichel & Drews, Inc. pattern cutter and Machine Solution Providers LLC laminator with unguarded ingoing nip points.
