On or about February 24, 2025, and at times prior thereto, at the Lopez Foods facility, employees operated the ammonia refrigeration system where SOP-24 O.P. for Recirculator TSR North was in use and had not been recertified since September 14, 2024. b.) On or about August 7, 2025 and at times prior thereto, at the Lopez Foods facility, employees operate an ammonia refrigeration system where the following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) have not been recertified: - SOP-200 Overall System Procedures East has not been recertified since June 27, 2025. - SOP-201 Operating Procedures RC-1 Compressor has not been recertified since June 26, 2025. - SOP-202 Operating Procedures RC-2 Compressor has not been recertified since June 27, 2025. - SOP-203 Operating Procedures RC-3 Compressor has not been recertified since June 27, 2025. - SOP-204 Operating Procedures RB-1 Compressor has not been recertified since June 27, 2025. - SOP-205 Operating Procedures RB-2 Compressor has not been recertified since June 27, 2025. - SOP-206 Operating Procedure RB-3 Compressor has not been recertified since June 27, 2025. - SOP-209 Operating Procedures Spiral Freezer AU-40 has not been recertified since June 27, 2025.
