Condition observed on or about 02/27/25.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 79 & 81 Redkist Drive, Mullica Hill NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet 1 inch when performing roof shingle installation, and conducting other related activities, from pitched roofs (approximately 7.5:12 and 12:12) while not using fall protection. Condition noted on or about 02/27/25.
