29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a- 232 Harbelle Way, Mullica Hill NJ: The company worksite Foreman, not utilizing head protection, was exposed to struck by hazards when working and walking beneath his workers who were unloading bundles of shingles from pallets while on a pitched roofs, and using unsecured tools. Condition observed on or about 08/19/25.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 232 Harbelle Way, Mullica Hill NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet 4 inches when offloading bundles of shingles from pallets while working and walking from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means. Condition noted on or about 08/19/25. Lifetime Contractor Company, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807164, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/09/25, with respect to a workplace located at 79 & 81 Redkist Drive, Mullica Hill NJ.
