29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Warehouse Washroom Adjacent to the Shrink Wrapper - On or about February 27, 2025, the employer failed to provide a suitable, unobstructed, emergency eyewash station in the work area to promptly flush the eyes in case of exposure to a corrosive chemical, such as battery acid or ammonia.
