29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) 7 Boulden Circle New Castle, DE 19720 - On or about February 27, 2025 it was observed by the compliance officer that the Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrap Machine was not properly protected by having a guard for its rotating part exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
