On or about February 28, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using a pneumatic nail gun and a handheld circular saw did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.   AB Remodeling Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1728692, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 17, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1494 Woodscreek Cir., Crystal Lake, IL 60014.

On or about February 28, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately seventeen (17') feet four (4") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b. On or about February 28, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately eight (8') feet eleven (11") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
