29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: Second floor: Uncapped rebar protruding from the wall exposed employees to laceration hazards. TMP Masonry Construction was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.701(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1602761, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 01, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Lupelele Elementary School, Iliili, American Samoa.
