29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2):An exit access must be at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access. Employees are exposed to fire and entrapment hazards where the exit access is restricted to 15-inches wide due to a compressor blocking the aisleway.

29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. The employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes to employees who were required to work with Disinfectant Bleach, a corrosive containing Sodium Hypochlorite, while cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces.
