29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Location - Building 37, Extrusion Line #4 On or about 02/28/2025, an employee was exposed to hazardous energy sources (electrical) when installing cartridge heaters to an extruder while the equipment was energized.
