Location: 8143 Ashland Ct. Stanhope, NJ 07874. a: The employer failed to protect the employees from hazards associated with cave-ins while working in an approximately 7-foot-deep, type B soil excavation. An employee was caught in the collapse and suffered a serious injury. Violation occurred on February 7, 2025.
