29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) New residential construction located on Lot #122 at Anhinga Drive SW, Loganville, GA 30052, Roof: On or about March 3, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 120 PSI while engaged in roofing activities. Pablo Cardenas Prado was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1537860, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/06/21, with respect to a workplace located at 256 Stocks Cir., Lot 240, West Point, GA 31833 .
