29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(v): Employee(s) required to use PPE by this section were not trained to know the proper care, maintenance, useful life, and disposal of the PPE. Portside Maindeck: On or about March 4, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees conducting fish processing tasks utilized rubber gloves on a regular basis. The rubber gloves were not stored in the designated bin for later use which potentially exposed employees to various physical hazards.
