29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4):Modifications or additions which affect capacity and safe operation of powered industrial truck were performed by the employer without the manufacturer's prior written approval: a) Honeywell UOP, Warehouse area, On or about February 26, 2025, and at times prior to the employer required employees to operate forklifts with attachments to unload individual unpalletized 55 gallon drum without first obtaining the manufacturer's approval for the attachments.
