29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: F/V Frontier Mariner - reefer flat- On or about March 6, 2025 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in fishing activities, maintaining the lines were exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not label a secondary chemical container assumed to contain WD-40, which may be irritating to the nose, throat, lungs, eyes, and skin, is an aspiration hazard and may cause lung damage.
