29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) On or about March 6, 2025, at the worksite, 345 Fellows Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210: The employer failed to ensure employees working on a pump jack scaffold were protected from falling 12 feet by use of personal fall arrest systems, guardrail systems, or safety net systems. Marcello Japon dba New Pro Home Renovations, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1631365, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 8, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 827 Burnet Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13203.
