29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about March 11, 2025, at 30760 Atlanta Lane, Westlake, OH 44145, the employer failed to ensure employees performing weatherproofing were protected from a fall of approximately 16 feet with a 8:12 pitch in that no personal fall protective systems/devices were utilized. Santos Lopez Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1485704, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on September 1, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1500 Marlow, Lakewood, OH 44107
