On or about March 5, 2025, at a workplace located at 1010 Corporation Drive, Hortonville, Wisconsin in the milling department; an employee suffered a severe hand injury after reaching into the Pendu gang resaw M4300 when the residual energy from the rotating arbors and saw blades had not been dissipated completely and otherwise rendered safe.
