29 CFR  1910.147(c)(1):The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment was isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:  (a)Fabrication shop: The employer did not develop and implement a written lockout tagout program including training, written procedures and periodic review for all of the machines serviced by employees including but not limited to Peddinghaus Steel Fabricator Model Peddimax No. 1, Do-All DS-500SA metal cutting bandsaw, and the Voortman 600 Beam Drilling machine on or about 3/12/25.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
