Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a) Nylon Capital Shopping Center, 1023 West Stein Highway, Seaford, DE 19973: On or about March 11, 2025, employees working from elevated surfaces approximately 15 feet above the next lower level were not protected by a guardrail system, personal fall arrest system, safety net system, or any combination of exposing employees to fall hazards.
