29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): On or about March 10, 2025, at a residential construction work site, employees were performing roofing work activities and were not in use of fall protection while working at heights greater than six (6) feet. The MS Eagles Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1559493, citation number 1, item number 1-a, and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 21643 N. Sawtooth Circle, Edmond, OK. 73012 .

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: On or about March 10, 2025, on the east side of the two-story residential building, employees performing roofing work activities were using a portable extension ladder to access the roof and the side rails did not extend at least three (3) feet above the landing. The MS Eagles Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1559493, citation number 1, item number 1-b, and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 21643 N. Sawtooth Circle, Edmond, OK. 73012.
