On or about March 12, 2025, at a residential building located at 7337 Holiday Road South Jacksonville, FL. 32216, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that employees were required to work underneath employees working on or near unprotected edges which may permit objects, tools and equipment to fall onto the employees below.
