(b) On and prior to March 10, 2025, employees were exposed to an unexpected release of energy while cleaning the saw box of the Schurman Machine Incorporated Edger Saw Model No. 6TA60 Serial No. 2512 in that the specific procedure did not clearly identify the type of energy isolating device to be used on the control power of the operator's console. (c) On and prior to March 10, 2025, employees were exposed to an unexpected release of energy while cleaning the saw box of the Schurman Machine Incorporated Edger Saw Model No. 6TA60 Serial No. 2512 in that the specific procedure did not include locking out the "buckets" for the scan and infeed chains.
