Jobsite: Le Havre Owners Corp. building 09-05 ,11-01 162nd Street Whitestone, NY, 11357. a) The employer provided and required employees exposed to silica dust to wear tight-fitting SH1750 N95 respirators while engaged in tuckpointing, mortar replacement, and concrete repair renovation activities. The employer did not provide medical evaluations to employees prior to required use of respirators; on or about 03/11/2025. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

Jobsite: Le Havre Owners Corp. building 09-05 ,11-01 162nd Street Whitestone, NY, 11357. a) Employees engaged in tuckpointing, mortar replacement, and concrete repair renovation activities utilized hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, masonry cement (containing Sand, Silica, Quartz 40 to 70%), Sikaflex 1A (containing Xylene 1 to less than 5%) Sikagard 670 W (containing talc). Safety Data Sheets were not available for employee's review; on or about 03/11/2025. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation.
