29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun:  a)  Throughout the home, located at 36 Emerson Way, Lot 628, Pooler, GA, on or about March 13, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the use of eye protection was not enforced for employees using pneumatic nail guns while performing framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  On top of the house, located at 36 Emerson Way, Lot 628, Pooler, GA, on or about March 13, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced for employees performing framing activities at heights exceeding 19 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):  Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a)  At the front upper porch landing, located at 36 Emerson Way, Lot 628, Pooler, GA, on or about March 13, 2025,  the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that a ladder used by employees to access and egress the second story porch landing of a residential house to perform framing work, was not properly adjusted for the side rails to extend at least three feet above the upper landing surface.
