29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Throughout the newly constructed house, located at 48 Rabbit Run Lane, Pooler, GA, on or about August 28, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced for employees performing framing activities at heights exceeding 19 feet.  Braz Construction Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1810691, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 36 Emerson Way, Lot 628, Pooler, GA.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a)  On the rear overhang of the house, located at 48 Rabbit Run Lane, Pooler, GA, on or about August 28, 2025,  the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that a ladder used by employees to access and egress the second story porch landing of a residential house to perform framing work, was not properly adjusted for the side rails to extend at least three feet above the upper landing surface.  Braz Construction Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1810691, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 36 Emerson Way, Lot 628, Pooler, GA.
