B) Employees performing various rough framing activities in a new construction residential home near a stairwell opening in the first floor where the basement floor was 10 feet below and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). C) An employee installing sheathing on the porch roof of a new construction residential home 10 feet or more above the ground below was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was the employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).
