29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(v)(a): Each two-hand control for single stroke operations on mechanical power press(es) using part revolution clutches was not protected against unintended operation: WORKSHOP: On/or about March 14, 2025, and prior to the employer had not adequately guarded the GW E.W. Bliss C-22, 420-113-part revolution mechanical power press. The two finger controls were not protected when the employee reached into the point of operation to retrieve the manufactured rod end linkages resulting in a finger amputation.
