29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): "Annual audiogram." At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer shall obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: On or about April 9, 2025, at an establishment located at 200 West Front Street in Peshtigo, Wisconsin; the employer did not obtain new audiograms at least annually for employees who were enrolled in a hearing conservation program. The last audiograms were obtained in the fall of 2021.
