29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph         1926.501 (b):  (a) On or about March 18, 2025, at a new construction residential jobsite,  employees conducting decking and framing work on an 8:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of 21 feet.            Bradwin Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1726271, citation number 1, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 435 Chapman Farm Mukwonago, WI 53149.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(14):Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening.   (a) On or about March 18, 2025, at a new construction residential jobsite, an employee working from an exterior window hole located on the 2nd floor on the West side of the structure without fall protection. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 12.   Bradwin Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1726271, citation number 1, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 435 Chapman Farm Mukwonago, WI 53149.
