29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about March 18, 2025, on the exterior of a commercial building located in Katy, TX, two employees were working from basket of a JLG, installing plastic to cover an exterior wall, without a body belt with lanyard connected to an anchorage point on the boom or basket of the lift.
