29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): Metal storage cabinets construction. The bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet were not at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2 - inch air space. Joints were not riveted, welded or made tight by some equally effective means. The door was not provided with a three-point lock, and the door sill was not raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet. a. On or about March 19, 2025, Mixing Room Area, the employer did not ensure flammable liquids, such as but not limited to Lacquer Thinner and denatured alcohol, were stored in a fire-resistant cabinet. Employees working in the area were exposed to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a. On or about March 19, 2025, Spray Booth next to the Mixing Room, the employer did not ensure a clear space of 3 feet was maintained from storage of combustible materials. Storage included but not limited to stacked cardboard boxes and spray paint cans in the corner of the spray booth.
