29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): When it was not specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables were used where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors. On or about 19 March 2025, employees of Responsible Container, LLC, were exposed to electrical hazards from a flexible cord running through a hole in the wall.
